• Educational Records: Course enrollment, progress, completion status, grades, certificates, and assessment results

• Communication Data: Messages sent through our platform, support requests, and correspondence

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• Providing educational services and course delivery
• Tracking course progress and issuing certificates
• Reporting completion data to regulatory bodies (TDLR) as required by law
• Communicating about courses, updates, and educational opportunities
• Improving our services and platform functionality
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements

2.3 Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Regulatory Bodies: TDLR and other licensing authorities as required by law
• Employers: If enrolled through employer sponsorship, completion status may be shared
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in platform operations (hosting, payment processing, etc.)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

3. User Obligations and Conduct

3.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access our platform
• Attempt to circumvent course requirements or assessments
• Upload malicious content or attempt to breach system security
• Engage in academic dishonesty or cheating
• Use the platform for any unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, materials, software, and platform components are owned by All American Tradesman CE, LLC or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials solely for personal educational use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Course Completion and Certificates

• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all course requirements
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates if fraud or academic dishonesty is discovered
• Certificate validity and acceptance by regulatory bodies is subject to their policies
• Course completion data will be reported to TDLR as required by regulation

6. Payment and Refund Policy

• All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials
• All sales are final. Refunds are available only upon express written consent from All American Tradesman CE, LLC (AATCE), at our sole discretion
• No refunds will be issued after course completion or certificate issuance under any circumstances
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of transaction
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior written consent from AATCE may result in account termination and collection action

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All American Tradesman CE, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Privacy Rights and Data Subject Requests

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to certain processing activities
• Request data portability

Note: Some data may be retained to comply with TDLR reporting requirements and legal obligations.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware
• You consent to the personal jurisdiction of Delaware courts and waive any objection to venue
• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits
• Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the incident giving rise to the claim

12. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
